Welcome to Briefly 1.34, also known as our Glacier Bay Release.
Big changes are coming thick and fast. Briefly 1.34 sees us reimagine how templates work.
Here's what we shipped...
Flows are a new way to create and manage your briefs
While you’ve always been able to customise your templates, Flows brings total template customisation and, for the first time, the ability to influence Briefly’s intro questions.
This is a game-changer for highly spec'd briefs like Asset Requests where often we see clients turning to forms (like Google Forms or Typeform) to ensure they get all the detail they need.
The trouble is that these forms are rigid and tedious to fill out.
With Flows, you can now tell Briefly what info you need to capture depending on the task. Then, let Briefly have a natural, adaptive conversation with the user.
We don’t just capture the same info faster, we also capture more info since forms or long briefing templates often end up being half-filled in.
This is just the start. We’re looking to build new ways to answer intro questions so you’re not always typing responses (we’re calling that project GenUI), we’re also looking at integrations with workflow tools to make your briefing process even more efficient. Flows will house it all.
Here’s a list of everything else we shipped…
